Order processing time
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 working days.
Next day delivery
Next day delivery will not be processed on Friday, Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays. Your order will be processed the same day as long as they meet the below requirements:
- All items must be in stock
- Order must be placed before 9am.
- your payment has been accepted and cleared by our payment processing service provider.
- Delivery address must be within the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
we cannot be liable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Undelivered parcels
Delivery carriers may deem your parcels undelivered for a number of reasons including:
Incorrect Address: if your address is incorrect, the carrier will not be able to deliver the parcel. Please check your address carefully and ensure they are written down correctly when placing your order as Phunmyjan Luxury will not accept responsibility for incorrect, incomplete or insufficient delivery address details.
Failed delivery attempt: Our carriers will usually attempt to deliver your parcel more than once and may try to contact you on the details provided, including by telephone. Any unsuccessful delivery will be returned to us.
If the parcel is returned to us, we will process a refund, excluding the cost of delivery. if you would like the parcel to be redelivered, you will need to pay for postage again.
Important Information
Phunmyjan Luxury will not be liable for the delivery sent by non-trackable carrier. Customers are to choose how they want their parcel to be received and pay accordingly at the time of selecting carrier in shipping charges to minimise the risk.
